Simply brush on the first coat, let dry for two hours, brush on one last coat, and dry overnight. The applicator can be cleaned with mineral spiritsfor reuse.

Product came with seal cut open and was completely dried out! Box was damaged as well and looked like it had been opened. Did not appear to be used because the swab/brush, and sand paper was clean.
