[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though this item does heat up well, I was disappointed that the temperature cannot be adjusted on it. The packaging leads one to believe the temperature is adjustable, but when I opened up the product, there was no dial or button to do so. The packaging needs to reflect that so that people aren't led to believe something that isn't there. Very disappointing and misleading. :(

This is supposed to have a dial for its "20 heat settings", it does not. It also does not straighten your hair, nor does it curl it (because it does not have a higher heat setting to curl your hair). This was a waste of money, and I am bringing it back to the store.
