Best on the market. I would buy it from my salon but it's slightly cheaper at Walmart.

I use this hair product all the time and have always purchased it from my hair salon. With salons closed, I had to order through Walmart. What arrived was clearly an expired product. First the colour of the bottle was the old mustard yellow version, which was discontinued years ago. Second and worst of all, the hair paste contains little grainy pieces in it. My best guess is that the product is so old that it crystallized into hardened flakes. Terrible. It looks like dandruff when you run it into your hair. Do not buy this from Walmart.

Beware of ordering this through Walmart

I was unable to get hair products since all the salons are closed so was happy to see that I could order this from Walmart. The picture shown is the new packaging for KMS. What I received was old product in the old packaging so I knew that it was very old. This was confirmed when I opened it and pumped some out. The product was very grainy like it was full of sand. I have used this product for years and know that the product is very creamy without grit. I have ordered some from reputable hair product supply website.

Awful, old, defective product

I love this product and use it all the time. When salons closed with COVID restrictions, I ordered this from Walmart online. What I received was grainy. I didn't know it was expired at the time, and I ordered more and received the same. I contacted KMS and was told this product was 6 years old and expired. I then contacted Walmart and they let me return the newest order, but not my first order as I passed the return date. I will no longer buy anything from Walmart online.
