It's a little complicated for an elder person. Got it for my mother in law and she loved it . Makes for a great gift but the app is a little complicated to use

Love my new frame, it's very easy to set up and enjoy all my pictures throughout the day

The frame has a great looking picture that is plenty bright. Set up was very easy. Wifi connectivity was fast and easy. The iPhone app works quite well. You can send pictures to it from your phone. Also you can get your pictures from a USB or SD card. The photos of our several children can all be put into this digital photo frame. We often look at these photos, and it's very convenient.

It was the perfect gift for the grandparents!

I got this as a holiday gift for elderly friends who aren't tech savvy hoping for simplicity. It was very easy to set up and load photos of all our time together. It doesn't require a subscription. I can even send more photos from my phone to their frame any time and it tells them when new ones arrive. The only downside  is the phone sent photos don't join with loaded photos (two diff albums) so they have to choose one album or the other. Overall an excellent choice.

Ordered as a Christmas gift for my son and his wife. They were very happy with it.

Confusing set up process and you have to download a specific app to upload. I've tried  uploading through other methods none of them were working

I ordered two of these recently, both setup at the same time. One worked fine, the other has been glitchy from the start. It doesn't like to stay on unless I unplug it and plug it back in. So when it goes into the sleep mode I set at night it will not come back on unless I unplug it. That has been a daily thing, unless I just leave it off. Setup and uploading was slower than with the other one, and it only accepted about 10 photos, the rest seem to be lost in cyberspace. The touchscreen itself is also glitchy, it's been a pain to try to work with in editing photos or changing settings. A few times the screen just went blank and the only way I could get it to come back on was to unplug it again. The power button only seems to work if you want to turn it off. The setup process is also kind of clunky. It works, but could definitely be improved. It is a nice looking frame, it looks even better in person than it does online. For that, and because the other frame seems to be working fine I would recommend it. Just hope you don't get a defective one, it's a hassle if you do.

Compared to Aura, it's very difficult to work. You can only upload 10 pictures at a time and once they're uploaded, you have to re-upload the whole batch if you need to edit a picture, so then your frame is full of multiples.

Aura is better

Does not display pictures correctly, hard to set up, and a huge waste of time. 
This is the third frame I've purchased but the first of this brand… the other 2 are much better options.
