I had been trying to find this small piece for awhile. Glad to finally find

When these fail, the shower will not turn off. The control handle is no longer connected to the valve stem. Our hotel has 157 of the shower controls these are used in. We had no shelf stock and there was a backorder on the supply. We were able to do a temporary repair using Superglue. I understand the need for plastic vs. using a dissimilar metal to metal assembly. There are other, more durable ultra high molecular plastics on the market that could be used instead. I have plenty of replacements now so thank you Kohler for that.

Brittle plastic used and prone to breakage under heavy guest use

this is the 2nd time I have had to replace this stem driver.  It is for a shower faucet. Terrible design.  I will never by another Kohler product.

This is the second time in a year that I've had to replace the stem driver. I have other brands in other showers with no issues. Definitely will not be purchasing Kohler in the future.

Need to keep replacing
