This KongExtreme dog toy is very strong for Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and Mastiffs or any other breed of dog that has powerful jaws! It does also last a long time cause of its strong rubber material! 2 thumbs way up for me! 👍

kinda big for my corgi but it is the 1st out of all toys, etc I've bought him in this last year, including those guaranteed to be indestructible, that he wasn't torn apart and/or destroyed.

These ate great! The only ones she can't chew thru!

Get these!

Stuff this chew toy, available in various sizes, with the Kong treats, available in different flavors, and your aggressive chewer will have many hours of entertainment. It is a quiet toy which is a nice change from all the squeakers.

Awww…..quiet!

Our dogs are extremely rough on their toys and heavy heavy chewers. These balls are excellent ! You might run over them with the lawn mower but the dogs won't chew through them or choke on them.

It's a great chew ball

Kong is the one and only brand to consider for your pup, no matter what the age.  They specialize in dogs exclusively, and they have a science and reason backed behind all their designs and creations. We made the mistake initially of purchasing a knockoff Kong toy in a similar style some months ago from Walmart. Our dog was over it in a day and we could never figure out why there was always left over treats and peanut butter in the toy. Now that Walmart carries the actual KONG Brand, we ordered one of these badboys on a sale. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. First of all, the Kong toy is about half the size of the knockoff, allowing our pup to happily reach and finish all the loot we slather inside the toy. This makes pup happy and parents happy because it is SO much easier to clean after. The durability is excellent, and I can firmly say, we will never again fall victim to a knockoff "Kong-a-like."

Don't be fooled by knockoff brands!

All my dogs are part bullies so they are heavy chewers. My newest dog just turned one and was never taught about dog toys so this was perfect for him. The scent made him want to play with it and interact with it all while trying to get the treat. I purchased a bag of the Kong treats, you do have to push down on the toy while trying to put the treat in, so they're 
 not so easy for the dog to get out and they last longer. So it entertains him for a while. I would definitely suggest this for someone else.

Surprise treat

If you're in the market for the original sized Kong you're out of luck. Compared to the original one we had purchased previously this one doesn't compare. Higher price than the original large one we had, but about half the size.  Their large is now a medium at best

They have shrunk

I'm gonna be honest, “up to 20 lbs” is pushing it. I bought the KONG before for my larger dogs. I got this Classic Rubber Extreme (Small) for my 8-week-old puppy, and that thing was so small I was genuinely worried he could choke on it. He was around 16 lbs, and it fit way too easily in his mouth.

I ended up giving it to my Chihuahua (about 6 lbs), and that is where this toy actually makes sense. For truly small dogs, it's great, durable, classic KONG quality, and perfect for stuffing treats. No complaints there.

But I would not recommend this size for dogs anywhere near 20 lbs. The labeling is misleading, and sizing up would've been the safer move. If your dog is over 10 lbs, honestly, just get the next size.

I am a dog trainer , this Kong was described as large . It definitely is Small and would be a choking hazard to any large breed dog . 
Deliberate, false advertising !
