We just installed this faucet in our butler's pantry and I love it. It's very beautiful-I wanted the perfect transitional piece that was a bit antique-y but still a bit modern. We installed a Kraus faucet in our kitchen too so I knew to expect it to be durable and high quality (it is), but I was pleasantly surprised by one of the spray settings- it cleans out the sink so well and sprays so hard which I LOVE. Would definitely recommend!

I love this faucet!!  We just had major renovations to our kitchen and the faucet is quite possibly my favorite part of the whole thing.  The champagne color is beautiful and the faucet is super sturdy.  Definitely a step above!

It's also easy to use with a single handle and flexible sprayer that lets you get the right angle for cleaning and rinsing.  I already had the hole drilled in the counter, so installation was a breeze as the water lines are pre-attached and the counter weight just snaps into place.  You can definitely tell the difference in quality with this Kraus faucet compared to some of the cheaper options at big box stores.  Highly recommended.

High quality and modern looking

For years we dealt with the worst quality faucet that was constantly dirty looking, terrible water pressure, and it took forever to heat up. Since switching over to our new Kraus faucet it makes me mad at myself for not upgrading sooner. I love to dual faucet spray as well as the detachable faucet head that replaced our sprayer wand. It has yet to get a single dirty spot on it (thank you spotless finish!) and our water now goes from ice cold to nice and hot in under 15 seconds. This also feels really durable and now we've got our eyes on Kraus's sinks to replace our current one.

I have one of these in already but liked so much I had to pick one up in Matte black for my downstairs kitchenette. The pull down spray head gives no fight when pulling to use or retracking when done. Simply the best!! Look no further you will love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the kitchen black kitchen faucet. It is very sturdy, very easy to install and easy to use. The shower and the long retractable neck works great, I can easily wash long and large pan or even clean the sink even in the corner. I don't really pay attention to the strength I use when I clean and I can easily break things, well I can tell you that this one is not an easy to break or damage. Over time the only thing that I am seing is that I'll have some water drops if I don't make sure I close it but it happen 2 times several weeks of use.

The faucet looks good, and I like that it reverts to stream mode on each "startup", but stream mode doesn't "stick" unless you open the valve. Also, it seems like the stream head is too narrow because stream mode shoots a jet of water.

It's also kinda unfortunate that the faucet head is plastic and not metal.

Disappointing

Beautiful faucet and I like the pull down and spray options but we have leaking issues. After a few months of use, it started leaking out the top of the nozzle where it meets the neck. The leaking water backs up into the neck and then leaks down into my cabinet below the sink. We already replaced the faucet once and now the second one is leaking in this same way as well. Very disappointed.

This faucet leaks

We've had this faucet for about a year and half. Just after the year-mark, the mechanism that switches the stream to spray stopped working properly. Super disappointing because it's a great looking g faucet.
