From the first use i could tell a difference with this shampoo and their conditioner. Very moisturizing but not heavy. I suffer from flaky scalp so we'll see if this one is better after a day or two, but it did immediately make my hair very soft and touchable (which my hair has been color treated). I was looking for a shampoo with authentic reviews, not incentivized, and this one fit the bill. Give it a try!

Favorite shampoo because: how it makes my hair feel; how it cleans my hair; how it smells. Love it! Only wish it came in a larger bottle.
