I just wanted basic kitchen shears that didn't have all the extras that stick out.  These are them. A great basic kitchen shear that separates the blades and makes it easy to wash. They are heavy duty and work great too.

I wanted to update an old pair of scissors for opening packages and mail items. They needed to be tough and easy to use. I keep them ready by the kitchen drawers counter. These scissors have become the household favorite and we use them for everything. Not too big for me but easy to use for my husband. Very sharp.

Strong and Sturdy

I wanted a separating scissors for the kitchen since they are so much more sanitary and easy to clean.  The materials in this seem to be quite good and the scissors substantial enough for my kitchen use.
