This is a great toaster: It is solidly built without being heavy. I love the different "toasting times" that are shown that you can choose easily. It has width for bagels and thicker sliced breads.

Good toaster for family and specially seniors

Yes, this toaster works.  Does it match the selected colour choice, no it definitely does not.  I should not have to use the 7th choice to get a toast that looks like what the 4th shows.  Glad it was on sale for 17 dollars, otherwise I would have returned it.

Not what I expected

We ordered this item online, and used it only twice, after it was delayed arriving - we tried it using different types of bread on different settings.   It left part of the slices untoasted,  and when set for darker - the same bread was partly burned.   I had no time to return it immediately as we had to travel, so it sat unused for about 6 weeks.   Since coming back to it, I  have tried it several more times - it still works very poorly.   Looking online to see how I may return it for store credit - we are told it was only returnable within 30 days, not as I was initially caused to understand, full refund within  90 days.   Feeling cheated by Walmart.

Unsatisfactory - and no option for return.

Awful toaster. It toasts fast and has handy options, but it toasts the bread extremely unevenly, or will only cook one side partially. Went back to using my decade old toaster

Avoid this toaster

I honestly thought it would be the best  toaster since slice bread but was extremely disappointed. It would only toast the bottom of the slice. If you'd flip it and redo it at lower setting, the edge of the slice would now be scorched with the middle decent. Tried various settings for a few days just in case but ended up returning it back this morning for a refund.
