[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apparently the company that made that doesn't offer a functioning app anymore, I'm shocked a store would even sell the item.

No functional app

BEWARE!! The company that makes this product must have discontinued it because the app you need to be able to code and play with the wand does not exist anymore. We followed the instructions in the box to a t, but could not use the app. The help website on the card inside does not exist and the help phone number is now a real estate company in Rhode Island. Don't waste your money!

App needed to use is no longer available

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, my order was 4 days late without any explanation, so the gift arrived well after the birthday of a child it was meant for. I get it when it's 1 day delayed, but 4??? Anyway, It would still be a good gift is there was any way to actually use it! But it appears there is no more app to use with this thing. The package says “compatible with Amazon Fire tablets” but it's not. The website doesn't have any information about how to actually use the wand. Google Play Store has no app for it, Apple Store has nothing. I guess the company forgot to mention to users that they're shutting down the app and shops just want to somehow sell this piece of plastic while they still can, without mentioning that it is no longer usable in any way other than pretend play.

The Kano website to create an account and actually use the wand does not allow you to create a new account and they have no help or even an e-mail or phone number to request support.  Makes the product completely unusable.

The company that makes the app you need to use the wand is out of business. Shame on Walmart for still selling this. My grandson was very disappointed on Xmas morning. Will be returning it for sure.

Don't bother!

On top of that wasn't able to make it work on iPad - was showing errors every time I've tried to create an account. Really bad experience.

Android app doesn't support any modern devices...
