This is a tile-laying race game with players starting with boards that are identical, and one player drawing tiles that they all will use. They race to get their explorers to temples first and earn points. Along the way they can collect additional points by collecting items off the paths they create. The game ends when one player gets all of their explorers to their corresponding temples or whenever the last tile is drawn and placed. Most points wins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this game a month ago and I am so glad I did. It was purchased to liven up our family game night. It was so fun. Although I will mention that it is a long game. Think length of the game that you buy and sell house- that long. We did like it! If you are on the fence - purchase it but plan to play for a while!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Karuba - Tile Laying Puzzle Game is a fun game for the whole family! Everyone will have so much fun and have the opportunity to show some good skills. Its a great way to get the family and friends together for a gathering filled with joy!

So much fun!

My family enjoyed our first game of Karuba. My thirteen year old daughter suggested that we play again tonight. She really like the sense of order in the game and the strategic nature. My fifteen year old completed the challenge of reaching the temples but I think we will catch up soon! My eleven year old was sceptical because he said HABA only makes little kids games but he acknowledged that Karuba is a challenging game with surprising depth. Bravo!

We've discovered that Karuba is a great game to play on Zoom or similar platforms. If each household has the game, you can include many players. 

We were inspired by Bingo. With somewhat similar game mechanics, Bingo can include dozens or even hundreds of players.

For games with more than 4 players online, we created a 1-point token for each temple, so a fifth player can also score points for completing a trail.

Joining in the jungle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love games, especially ones that are not your run of the mill, roll, move, win. A game that has a little strategy and can be played over and over with a different method is a lot of fun, and this game is just that! My 8 year old likes it and has much of a chance of winning as the parents, and that is cool. It is interesting, challenging, and a lot of fun! The only thing I'd say is having a few spare parts would be nice, just in case, since there are a lot of small pieces, but including the plastic bags to keep them all in is awesome! We love this game…it's one of our new favorites!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game was pretty fun once we figured it out, not that it was to hard. Draw tiles, lay tiles, and explore the path to get points until you can get your explorers to the corresponding temple. The German on the box was a bit confusing to see

Fun game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only played this once but it was very cool to be able to see the translations on all materials and play an adventure-style puzzle game. It was a little confusing to figure out at first, though I'll admit we aren't usually board game people, but I am sure after playing it for a few times it will get much easier.

Unique and different!

Interesting
