Can be affordable for some, but steep for larger quantities.

Can be bland, but also crunchy and subtly sweet.

Provides balanced mix of fiber, protein, and natural ingredients.

Can be natural and clean, but also inconsistent in proportions.

With 15g of fibre, you can't go wrong, especially when the taste is so so good. Get your daily fibre without the taste of cardboard. Love Kashi, and love GO LEAN even more.

GOLEAN - and they mean it.

I love the original Kashi Go. Unfortunately it's getting hard to find.

Love the Original

wkkellogg.com

I really, really like this cereal. The Original Kashi Go is my 'go to' for breakfast. I just hate that it's soooooo hard to find!!!

I really, really like this cereal

Yes, this product is step in the right direction. It requires more balancing as to fiber components and overall taste. The fiber content has much less soluble fibers compared to insoluble. Overall taste could be better with lesser proportions of wheat and corn compared to other components such as oats and soy.

OK but could be lot better

I had been eating Kashi original for about 2 years. For personal reasons, I moved and avoided eating it. I've now returned and I bought it. The box is different, but who doesn't change their packaging? I don't remember this cereal as being sweet at all. It is now similar to sugar smacks - honey smacks cereal. It does not taste healthy. I cannot believe that this has happened. I don't even know why they sell it in the “natural foods” section at the grocery stores.

cruel joke

I used to add original Kashi to my fruit and yogurt every morning for breakfast. I loved it so much that I would occasionally snack on the cereal by just grabbing a handful out of the box. Not anymore. I understand they've changed the recipe and it's awful. No flavor. Tastes like cardboard.

Very Disappointed by Recipe Change - Tastes Awful

I've eaten the original Kashi products for years and loved them but now they either taste like cardboard or are sickeningly artificially sweet. Really irritated that they've been cheapened with highly processed ingredients. I'm assuming the company is more interested in the mass market sales to new buyers vs the solid loyal core of buyers who wanted the quality products.

Either Cardboard Taste or Sickeningly Sweet

I loved this cereal until about a year ago as it's been dry and hard granola in that time, they're must be skipping something to save money, about 4 of the last 5 boxes have been that way like chewing rocks and hardly any taste. I'm done with it.

Gone down hill

When the new boxes came out I thought it was just a new look. I usually purchase five boxes at a time; Kashi Go w/berries. My surprise came in the morning for breakfast. I've never tasted a worst cereal in my life. Where are the berries? It has no taste but somehow it tastes like sawdust. I wrote to the company with my complaints and wishing for the return of the old ceral. Their response was sorry here is a coupon go try another of our cereals.

Kashi bring back the old version

I used to like blueberry flavor of Kashi Go and it was my almost everyday breakfast. Now it is not. The new formula is so bad, very hard to chew, and taste is also not very blueberrish. I don't like it anymore.

NEW FORMULA IS BAD

Kashi GOLEAN Original Cereal 370g box displaying crunchy fiber twigs, crispy soy protein grahams, and honey-toasted whole grain puffs on a white and red background, with nutrition highlights of 11g protein and 12g fiber per serving, Non-GMO Project Verified, suitable for a high-protein, high-fiber breakfast.
