If you're looking for a high protein, low calorie cereal that actually tastes good, this choice from Kashi is the perfect option. I've enjoyed this one in particular with milk or as a parfait topper, both are delicious!

Great taste & macros

These cereals are a very good nutritious lunch in addition to having a very good taste. I like to keep them just for me but the whole family loves them.

A Good Lunch

Crunchy cereal with a rich chocolate taste and added protein. A tasty, filling breakfast that feels like a treat with every bite.

Interesting ingredients, very high fiber intake, pleasant to taste, interesting texture, versatile in cereal or with yogurt, somewhat high quality ratio

Evaluation

Kashi Goactive Crunch has reasonable protein and fiber content. Great on yogurt or on its own. I do find the to have less chocolate flavor then previously.

Chocolate Crunch Cereal

This is a great healthy product. Its healthy but tastes great. It has the right amount of chocolate to cereal and makes for a quick and easy breakfast in the mornings.

Kashi Cereal

It tastes like burnt food which left behind a bitter taste on my tongue. Even sweetened milk couldn't cover up that awful flavour.

Horrible taste

Have been buying for maybe 2 years. The new product is awful. Tastes bland, stale, there's a stickiness to it that wasn't there before, some clusters so hard I can't even bite through them without risking damage to teeth. It's not edible, it tastes awful. Bring back the old ingredients/formula. I will not be buying again

New cereal is awful

I agree with the rest of the reviewers that the new version of this tastes both weird and stale.  It was my go to cereal for years and years, and I even hooked my wife on it.  She hates the new taste as well.  I found boxes of the original brought back and somehow still on the shelves and bought it out.  We switched to the cocoa clusters but miss the extra protein in the morning, so am searching for a new cereal unless you bring back the old recipe.

New flavor is awful

Before the recipe change in 2025, this cereal used to be absolute favorite. It had fiber, protein and tasted delicious. Now it tastes stale, lacks flavor, and seems hard rather than crunchy. PLEASE bring back the old recipe.
