I was so excited when I ordered this stone as a memorial to my mom who loved gardening, but was a little disappointed when I opened the box. I would have given this product a 4 star but the engraving on this stone can't be read.  There is no color or dimension to it.  The stone is itself is heavy and seems to be of good quality but like I stated earlier, you can't read it.  I had to retrace the letters with a black paint just to see it. Hopefully it will hold up in the weather.

 I didn't contact customer service, just tried to fix myself.
