I ordered this item online to pick up in store. The service in the store was terrible, the item shipped in time but the trundle shipped 2 days after the expected date so that was very inconvenient.
The bed was so easy to put together and is very sturdy. My kids absolutely love it!

Beautiful peice, easy assemble

I searched high and low for a modern day bed that could go in our den for guests. We found many at different stores that were either very expensive or would not be delivered in a timely fashion. We ordered the Kayden daybed, and it arrived three days later, without fail. The bed was relatively easy to put together, though takes two people to assemble. The bed is sturdy, and very pretty. It was a great value. I do not normally shop at Walmart, but am reconsidering because this bed was so very awesome.

Excellent Daybed

The bed is for my grandchildren, when they spend the night, it is great for them and it looks very nice just made up in the spare room. I think it is good quality and the instructions to put it together were excellent. It took me about three hours to put together, had a couple of adjustments to make but nothing difficult.

I bought the day bed for my grandchildren

Each piece of wood was marked with a letter to match letters in instructions. Every hardware piece was clearly marked as well. I thought the instructions were clearly detailed and easy to follow. In addition to the included wrench you will need a Phillips head screw driver. Looks great when set up. Pre purchased pop-up trundle w/mattress fit perfectly under this day bed frame. I do recommend you have another person to help with some of the steps. the most difficult steps were the "spindles"! Otherwise, quite simple.

Quality better than expected.

Recently purchased the daybed for my sewing room so my grandson could sleep over.  It was pretty simple to put together except for the back, you do need to people to help fit the slats in and then fit it into the board.  Other than that it was very easy, I did it by myself.  I would recommend buying this bed.

Would purchase this again.

This bed was easy to put together and feels sturdy. The piece that cheapens the look is that all the fittings are silver and the bed is white, so you can see exactly how the bed is put together, which I find odd. The bed has a large space between the bed and floor which makes it perfect for nice storage baskets or a trundle bed.

Great for a kids room

This daybed was advertised by Walmart with 3 pictures. In pictures 2 and 3, it is shown with the mattress set lower than in the first picture. Setting the mattress lower was the feature I wanted. Instead, ended up with a mattress higher than what I had. Now, will have to get the legs cut, a task I am not looking forward to.

Product is misrepresented!

Pain to put together as you have to install all the little rails in the back and sides. Need 2 people to put together. Purchased primarily for the 390lb weight limit, as an adult was primary user. Then when received, instructions stated 225lb wt limit. So now I'm concerned that it might not be strong enough. It is nice looking though. Also, it's not a true white. More of an off-white.

Nice but...

This daybed went into our guest bedroom.   With a comfortable mattress purchase, it is a nice option for company.  Difficult to assemble; it took 2 men to put it together.

Pleasing appearance

This bed was very difficult to build. Every single piece is separate. Several pieces splintered when screwing them together

Very hard to build

We ordered one of these for our nephews who were coming to visit for Thanksgiving. One of the pieces was missing (strike 1) so I contacted the company as instructed in the user's guide and asked if there was any way they could put a rush on delivery since they were going to be arriving in a week, and I got back a very cold response saying that was their shipping policy and if I needed it sooner, I could exchange it for a new one. In other words, box everything back up and haul it to the store (it's heavy) and they'll ship me an entirely new bed, which is quicker than sending one little piece... (strike 2). I received the missing piece the day after my family left, approximately 2 weeks later (strike 3).

Poor customer service
