I retuned this to the store it was so LARGE it would not fit in the rats cage-This thing is huge I looked at the starter cage that came with a wheel and it said the wheel was 12 inches so I ordered this with confidence but this wheel was very large and would not fit I hated to return it was an amazing deal for the price If I had a bigger cage I would of kept it my cat could darn near run on it the size was massive a kitten could definitely run on this

Wheel is big enough for larger rodents and squirrels. Well balanced, quiet and fits in the side of wire cages too! Very nice for the pets.

My hedgehog loves it. It did squeak a little at first, but a little olive oil took care of that. It's pretty sturdy, just cover the stand part in the bedding so its sitting on a flat surface.

I found the best price at walmart, everywhere else these wheels were $30  I purchased the 12inch wheel for my 3 rats and its the perfect size. Do your research for your critters WHEELS AND BALLS ARE NOT FOR GUINEA PIGS OR HEDGEHOGS. Really balls arent good for any critter. If you care about your babies do whats best for them and do all the research you can.

Works great but is noisy. I think part of that is because they squeeze it into a box that's too small for it and it came out oblong.

The reason why it has 3 stars is due to the fact I can't remove the wheel from the stand,like advertised.
my two rats are either too stupid to use it or too scared.
They show interest in the wheel until it moves, and then my rats leave the wheel.

this doesnt turn easily at all and when it does its noisy. my rats refuse to use it.

The wheel works for our syrian hamster that needs a 12 inch wheel so his back is not arched. However it is extremely loud. Hamsters run miles on their wheels daily. There are many quieter wheels out there. this one is useless. We tried all different ways to make it not squeek loudly and nothing has worked. Definite waist of money.
