Perfect boot for active kids

KEEN

I've purchased Keen products for my son for years. It is, in fact, the only brand I'll buy for him now. Other shoes lack the sheer will required to ferry a tiny human around, falling apart, bowing, at the slightest pressure, often before a child outgrows them. Sturdy, high-quality boot

We love keen shoes and have many pairs but this boots just didn't work for us. After running through a few muddle puddles my son's feet were wet and 24 hours later the shoes were still wet. This was only used one time, the terrain was wet but it was not raining, the puddles were very shallow and it was not like he immersed his feet on it. So i'm not sure why his feet got so wet. We were disappointed. Customer service was very helpful. Shoes have been returned and we are awaiting for our refund.

It just didn't work for us :(

These were a present and I really love them. So comfortable, I didn't need to wear them in just went out walking immediately in pretty wet weather and my feet were warm and dry. 
I'm a size 3 and it's not easy to find good walking boots that fit so I'm happy to have discovered these.
Brilliant boots!

I am a grown adult that wears a size 3 1/2 little girls shoe. Love your service and what you're about. Unfortunately the size 4 shoe is a little too long and skinny for me, though it's not the product to blame for my oddly shaped feet. The fit was great for all of the shoes we ordered for the kiddos. Thank you again for the great service I received during my purchase.

Love your service

First pair leaked after three months, pinched my feet even though they were too big and the soles wore out with minimal wear. The replacement pair gave me blisters, has a bump in the left foot toe area, and I'm pretty sure they are starting to let the grass dew in at the toe after a few weeks. I'm really disappointed because my son had a hand-me-down pair of Keens that lasted well over a year for him that never leaked, and were really comfortable. I'll be going with another brand next time.

Replacement defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've beefed buying these for my grandsons since they could walk. They are sturdy waterproof leather. They hold up well, despite the actives of my rough and tumble grandsons. I'm disappointed that the insole is no longer removable. When they get their shoes soaked, or get the insides dirty, it's nice to be able to take the insoles out to wash them off or dry them out. They also are a bit hard to get on. The old style with a Velcro top strap was much easier for the boys to get on and off.

Big Kids Targhee

Sizing not consistent with other keens. The length is good, if a little long, but way too narrow. Not comfortable and can barely get them on because of the short bungee cord. These will be returned. Love the colors though. Good for kids with very narrow feet.

I bought three pairs for my young boys. They love them. 
Easy for them to put on and tighten up. Each pair fits perfectly. 
Of course, they tested out the boots for their waterproof ness by standing in mud puddles while waiting for the School Bus. Their feet remained dry. 
We're very satisfied.

Great Boots

My twins are lucky to not grow super fast out of shoes. This is our third round of boots and they are AMAZING! Every past pair has been handed down to a Cubscout to use for hikes! They all still look Amazing! Remember if your child wears a 3 in say Under Armour they may wear a 2 here.

3rd round for my boys!
