I am on my (3rd) spring/summer season with these KEEN Newport Leather Sandals & just finished cleaning/conditioning the leather. I also took a lighter & burned all the frays, just to give my sandals a more clean appearance.
 I wear my KEEN's for everyday wear & although I do wear other type shoes depending on occasion, I have found that my KEEN Newport sandals take me to more places/events during the spring/summer season's than any other pair of shoes I own!

I had my Keen sandals for years and they finally wore out past my ability to efficiently repair them. So, I bought new ones. Still a bit stiff, but they'll break in soon enough.

Comfy and breath well. I just pulled a trailer over my toe the other day and the sturdy leather really minimized the injury, which was nice. Also, I tend to stub my toes a lot and the sandals always protect my toes well when I do.

I hike and camp in them plenty and they always hold up well.

Solid Sandals

I have owned these for a few years now and have walked hundreds of miles in them. They are ridiculously comfortable, great on land or at sea on the boat. My only (and I mean only) 
minor criticism would be the ease of ingress of grit into the sandal at the heel, perhaps a slightly higher heel cup would help, that being said I will be buying another pair when these finally give up the ghost.

I practically live in them!

I bought my first pair in 2003 and they still feel new. I have since purchased 3 more pairs since in different colors. I have also purchased 8 other shoes/boots since. I have shoes and boots with steel toes, and I literally do not know they are, that's unheard of. Quality 10, comfort 10, looks 10 the fact they are made in USA 15

I have worn the Newport Leather year round since they began selling them. I have owned probably 20 pair. They usually last about a year. They always come apart in the same place, where the back strap meets the heel. I always have a second pair ready knowing this is going to happen. My last pair lasted way less time than expected. I do like the shoe so I keep buying them. Also they are available in large sizes which are hard to find in other shoes

Ordered because of the anti odor footbed. If these get wet like I thought they could they will never be the same. They will stink. back to having to wear footies again and not getting them wet. Not happy

This is my fourth pair of Newports, replacing my first pair. Previous ones have fit great. This one is so small that I will have to return it for replacement. Perhaps they have hanged manufacturers over time. Not sure that I can recommend that you purchase men's sandals on-line without trying them on.

Runs Small

Over the years I have had many styles of Keens. From H2O sandals to hiking boots & shoes. But over the past few years my sandal are not holding up to casual use. straps breaking, the back heal completely pulling out from sole. Again not from hard use! Please keen step up the design and quality. Thank you
