This is a beautiful machine. I ordered this one, hoping for much. It hasn't disappointed.
Pros :
* There was no dust kickback upon powering on. 
* This machine has two motors; one drives the brush roll head, the other powers the suction.
* It's a motor-driven projecting upright 
*Allergy seal
*Headlight
* The suction is 10/10. My black low pile carpet looked brand new, like from the store. I haven't tried it on my high pile carpet yet, but I will (and will check back here). 
* This vac has a feature where it swivels during upright vacuuming. I was worried about stability issues with this 14 lbs vacuum, but found the concern was unmerited. The swivel makes it even easier to navigate on carpet. It's completely sturdy when it stands up in locked position, too. 
*Unique dark torquoise color 

Cons:
* Only one attachment can be carried on your vacuum. I leave the spare in the no-carpet room.
* The crevice tool has air leaks where the tool slides into another one when flipped. This tool is a joke for that reason alone.
* The floor levels can't be adjusted in a traditional way, by twisting a knob to the left/right. Instead the hose has a twist feature positive ( ) for increasing suction on bare floors twist the hose toward the negative (-) for reducing suction on carpets. It's different, but not so bad as I can tell so far. 

After much searching and research, this vac is quite a find!  I would buy another one of these vacs if I got a two-story place. This is a safe buy: Kenmore upright vacuum du2012, turquoise. Feb 21, 2021

This vacuum cleaner is fantastic. Can't believe the suction and what it picked up from my carpets that I had just cleaned with another vacuum cleaner. And no dust escaped from it. It is the best vacuum I have purchased in a long time. I have allergies this is the vac for people who have them.

Excellent suction on floor and carpet. It is also self propeller, making it easy to vacuum large areas.

Love it, the best vacuum I've ever had.

I bought this vacuum to replace a heavier, hard to maneuver Shark vacuum. I am very happy with this smaller vacuum- it's got stronger suction also!

Love my new vacuum!

I love this  vacuum cleaner. It has amazing suction power. It does a better job than my Kirby vacuum.  I am very happy with my purchase.

Bad for someone with shoulder problems or back problems it pull you forward and fights a back pull. I also did not like the swivel feture , it was hard to control  and wore me out.

To hard for me to use

I bought it back in March and had been using it since... it does a good job on the floors, but it is quite noisy.

Good job but noisy

The hinged door to the dust collection bin broke in one week. Now when I push the button to empty the bin the hinged door just falls into the trash can.  Called and they are sending a new door, with the same clear hard plastic nubs that the door swings on. I don't think these are made well enough for repeated use. At least they make it right, as they probably get many calls about this problem.

Be surprised if it lasts a year!!

this vacuum works amazing until the whole thing breaks where the head swivels. we have had 2 break. they are not cheap vacuums to keep replacing. we didnt drop or damage it. just regular vacuuming and the part that moves broke so we cant even use it.

Strips on attachments came off with movement on furniture.  They were attached with very light adhesive. Entire edge of outer box was wet when received directly from carrier.
