This is a great product. Very Easy To Install...

Good strong sturdy material in these rods that DOES NOT BEND OR BREAK in the middle. Easy to follow directions. Is there a piece to keep the rod from extending while I am placing it into the hanger? I use these for drapes and found a video on YouTube on how to hang drapes. Following the directions I just marked the spots and drilled using the smallest bit(researched it) first bc of the wood frame around my windows (remodel and old wood) then used the bit matching the screw to finish up. Next I screwed by hand the screws that came with the hangers.  Everything I needed to install the hangers was inside its own bag inside the rod packaging. I couldn't remove one of the screws so I lightly hammered it in and tried the wiggle test. The hanger was secure.

The included screws might as well be made of cheesecake. They will completely strip out while using hand tools.

it does the job, but very cheaply made, the rods and brackets are flimsy and the balls on the end are plastic.

Arrived with one ball end broken off. I taped it on rather than bothering with a return/exchange. The center support isn't practical to use, and the bar sags.
