I bought two lights, the one i'm very satisfied with the second light is a bit disappointing. it's crooked. I took it appart and tried to reassemble it using a level but it didn't work .Its still crooked. .. the boxes were very heavy . I left them on the porch where the delivery man put them  and put the lights  together there. the packaging was a problem. the foam breaks when you try to remove the pieces and clings to everything. really glad I left it outside. Because of the crumbly foam packing and the heaviness of the boxes, I can't see anyway to return the crooked one. definitely wont go back in the packing and would be way too heavy for me to lift if I could get it back in the packaging  .Still  finding foam pieces in the yard. The straight light is beautiful.  it has three levels so you need a three way bulb. I got a three way CFL bulb that works wonderfully.  the light settings go from medium to low to high. I would definitely buy this lamp again if I knew i'd  get a straight pole.

Gave 3 stars based solely on looks.  It is quite beautiful.  It has a glass shade, but everything else is plastic including the base.  Very disappointing for an expensive lamp.  Don't know how long it will last.
