Not as described on the website. The fountain does not hold 4-5 gallons of water. It is very light and although described as an outdoor fountain it will not be able to freeze. 
I have tried three phone numbers and haven't received any help.
There were no directions or packing slip with the shipment. 
I am packing it up for return but I have a bad feeling about this.
