I have loved Kensington track balls since my first one in the 90s and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. However, this one does not have a shape that is comfortable and supportive to my hand. I do not understand the idea behind adding the extension piece because it does not snap on or fit securly; it is loose and wobbly as I work. The steep downward slant toward the wrist only causes my hand to slide and constantly adjust it. Reducing the slant and/or adding a soft ledge would be helpful. For now, it will go by the computer I do not use so much, and I may invest in another later.
