My feet were really cracked.  I bought this hoping it would work.  I applied it as directed and put socks on and wore them to bed.  I was surprised in the morning because most of the cracks were gone.  I used to have to sand my feet everyday.  Now,  I just use this lotion as needed. 
It does what it says.

This is the only product that actually works on my dry feet.  It is basically petroleum jelly, but i believe there is more to it.   I do realize it is extremely expensive  for the amount you get but i honestly would never go without it.  I have searched online to see if i can find a larger, more economical  size but have not been able to thus far.
P.S.   when applying make sure you put your shoes or socks on before trying to walk.

My little miracle

Fast results,  I applied this cream right after I got it from groc pickup and 4 hours later the calluses on the tips of my toes were not dry skin, but the same softness and color as the rest of my toe. The day before, my podiatrist removed a thick callus and the painful corn that had formed  under  it on my third little toe. He trimmed off the  calluses on my other little toes and I asked him what to use to soften the dead white skin that was still  rough and dry. He recommended urea as an otc product. I found this cream that had 10% urea and was under $10 for one tube.  I applied a medium film over the tips of the toes and put my crew socks on. It softened the callus on the edge of my foot too,  and now all the toes are normal looking and not rough, uncomfortable or unsightly.  I was glad to see there was an option to purchase only one tube, not both, since that should last a long time now that I have better fitting shoes.

I have already recommended this product to friends and family. It's only a temporary fix for dry feet and doesn't really touch the actual issue. I use this product right after I get out of the shower and dry off, 75% rubbed all the way in. After being in my shoes for a few hours, I take my shoes off and my feet are still pretty soft and look much better than they did before I used it.

This is one of the best creams I've found for callous heals.  Comes out of the tube like petroleum jelly but absorbs much better. Worked wonders on dry cracked heals

This is a useful cream. I've tried every cream out there for dry heels and feet in general.  This one was superior. It is the kind you need to put socks on afterwards

A must for very dry feet

This ointment has salicylic acid to exfoliate dead skin and urea to moisturize. A little goes a long way! It gently softens and heals dry, cracked feet and calluses. I apply this directly out of the shower and put socks on.

I was very skeptical. Years trying to find one product for my feet that truly works as described. Absolutely no fragrance and works so well. Highly recommend!

This product lets you skip the pedicure so that will save you money in the long term; unfortunately this ointment is still on the pricey side but a little goes a long way.  Use it daily for a week and then maintenance once or twice a week keeps feet looking on point.

I am disappointed because the product does not live up to the hype that it's the best product to heal cracked heels. I certainly didn't see much improvement. Product does not have a smell,  as far as I noticed, and it did not have a tingling effect. The tube is rather small. Looks and feels like petroleum jelly, not Aloe. I guess I will have to find a different product that performs better for my feet.
