Works good for us. Stores dog play toys and garden tools etc. will have room for hoses too this fall. Keeps our porch picked up and adds some extra seating. Directions a little hard to follow but it's all there if you study it carefully. All pictorial. Need a screwdriver and soft rubber mallet and a little muscle.

The bench went together pretty easy and without any issues.  There is ample storage and fits two adults.  I ordered 2 and one piece in the 2nd box was cracked.  Customer service took care of it and is  shipping it right out.  Liked it well enough, I have already purchased a 3rd one.

Great value

This bench is sturdy without looking bulky. I liked that it didn't scream "hey I'm made if plastic!" Like other patio/outdoor storage bench. Like anything directions were a little hard to read, but I found a flyer in the box for virtual directions, which would have helped me. Overall it took me and my husband around 30 minutes to get it together. Everything snapped nicely in place.

Great product, even better price. What a value.

Giving this 4 stars because the bench is plastic and therefore not easy to piece together. The instructions were descriptive and had pictures, even a video, however some of the places where pieces fit together were not completely carved at and a knife cutter had to be used. From what I can tell it looks pretty well sealed so water can not get in and it took about an hour and a half to piece together, start to finish. Overall it seems like good quality for the price. I have this for a week so I will update my review later.

Beautiful but Difficult

Horrible instructions; just pictures not detailed enough. It was like building a puzzle. I've built lots of furniture in my life but this was by far the worst experience. The back support is no longer included and the seat back bows. It's designed for light underweight humans. I called the support and they said they changed the design. I figured if I email they'll be more understanding. Not, they shipped me a part that's a side support. What a joke!

Bad instructions and not a good quality

The quality of this product is very poor.  The pieces don't line up correctly causing it not to snap together.  When you do get it to snap together the plastic cracks and wants to break off.  Very disappointed with this purchase.  Not the normal grade and quality of merchandise Sam's usually sells.

Poor Quality

Thinking assembly should not be difficult, I purchased this bench. As a veteran of assembling many products, I was completely confused by the directions that came with this unit. After 3 hours, I decided to ditch the directions and wing it. I found several components that didn't conform together and was unsatisfied with finished product

Ambiguous assembly instructions

This bench came packaged unopened but with a broken back. It wasn't noticed until we assembled it. It took us a very long time to get it together because of the break. We hope it will last a season or two. It seemed daunting to try to reassemble find another box to return it. We are disappointed.

Broken in box and still delivered.

When I opened the box and took the parts out a had broken pieces. When I returned it to the store and looked at another one assembled in the store it too was broken. I did end up purchasing the bigger one without the seating and have had no issues after a month of use.

Quality issues

Product was damaged when opened and now does not remain intact. I have also purchased multiple patio storage boxes,  put together with no issue and have been thoroughly satisfied with their sustainability.  However,  this bench repeatedly comes apart and seems to be only a patio ornament which will never been able to be used for storage or a place to sit. I will be contacting Sams to inquire about a a replacement or refund.

Beware and dont discard the box before using
