I have always used the cleaning solution but I didn't realize you need to rinse between flavors. ei hot chocolate, tea, coffee, soup brothe. The kit contains all you need for maintaining your unit.

I am new to coffee and my husband purchased me a Keurig machine. I purchased this kit not knowing I was supposed to actually rinse in between cups. What a difference this cleansing solution and rinse pods has made for my coffee experience. The pods are so easy to use and the instructions are very clear. The scaling solution is straight to the point and keeps your coffee machine clean for a few weeks at a time. I was able to get this kit on sale. This has really made a difference. Cleaning your coffee machine with this set is very easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked good and cleaned out my keurig machine but it does have a lot of steps to clean it. It is pretty time consuming. That is the reason I only gave 4 stars because of the time it takes and also one of the rinse pods broke open in the package and got all over everything. It did clean my machine great and I will be using it about once a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have noticed that are coffee has tasted rather nasty here lately and not fresh and nice tasting like the previous months have . We knew it was time to clean it . After some homemade solutions we found online it still wasn't performing like it should be . Thank God for this kit . It got out alot of gunk and coffee grounds that where stuck in the machine and using the kit was so easy and wasn't very hard . Our coffee taste 100 % better and we noticed our coffee machine is performing better than it has in awhile.  Easy to stick the little pod in it set the cup size walk away and come back a few minutes later and its done .

Perfect kit

The box says to get the instructions for use off the bottle. The bottle had no instructions on how to use it! Well, maybe it did but, THEY WERE IN FRENCH!!

Good luck figuring out how to use it!

This product is NOT worth the money!  I have bought two for my Keurig because the DESCALE light is blinking.  I followed the instructions on BOTH bottles and the DESCALE light is STILL on!
