Best K Cup coffeemaker EVER !! My husband bought me a Hamilton Beach one for Xmas, and it stopped working in early January. I surprised my husband with this one 2 weeks ago and it's still working (that's longer than the 1st one did already). The extra large reservoir us a REAL plus, no need to add water every time you want a cup of coffee. sounds tribal but it really is a time savers LOVE this k-cup coffee maker..

Just bought this and love it but I think the plastic that holds the water is a bit too thin it needs to be thicker for every day  use.  I will be looking for a replacement part just in case this one cracks or break.  The very back of the water tank should also not be sloped you cant fill the water all the way to the highest water line it will spill over. I Would not order another one just for these two reason only.

Thin plastic water container.

Everything had a plastic taste. I ran numerous empty cycles of water and ran a cycle of vinegar through it. Nothing got rid of the gross plasticky, chemical taste. I tried multiple types of dark roast Kcups, it just tasted like plastic chemical water. No coffee taste or smell whatsoever. I returned it after a few days.

Tasted so bad

When it works, this is a nice product and it is a space saver. However, it's always been a little problematic in terms of how much water it pours. Now it pours the amount requested, stops, all looks good, then a minute or so later, it just continues to pour all contents of the reservoir all over the counter and floor. That's a nightmare. Very disappointed and would not recommend it.

I tried cleaning properly and using the tool to declog the needle, but it's still drowing the floor with coffee. Under 90-days in unacceptable for a coffee maker

Nice Product but Only Lasted Not 3-Months

This is the second one I bought.  The first one lasted a year then quit working.  I liked how it worked but thought it should have lasted longer.  But thought would give it another try.  Bought this in March 2020, and sorry to say it has quit working.  Same problem as last one.  The lights all stay on, does not blink to give you choice of size cup.  I have tried everything, unplugged it for few days to see if would reset.  But didn't.  Just put it in the trash.

This is my second purchase of this item in two different colors, both had the same problem, after a few months they both will not pour the correct size cup and overflow the cup and make mess. I'm done with Keurig after this, good thing I purchased the protection plan.

Fooled me twice

It worked great, for a week and a half. Then it started giving me grounds, hopping me water, than adding too much. Without pod, worked great. I cleaned it thoroughly, made another cup, worked fine, the next morning, grounds again. Tried to start a return, but can't find my purchases.  Thoroughly disappointed. Also, I ordered black, and got red.  I hate red.

Disappointed

I've used Keurig single serve k cup coffee makers since the pods came out. This one broke in less than a years use.  I would try to fix on my own and take it apart but there is no way. I feel guilty just tossing this, buying another and adding to more waste. I was hoping it would last longer. Not sure how to go about warranty, not sure it even has one.

Already broke less than a year later

This is the third K-Cup coffee maker than I have purchased in five years.  I would say it might be a specific model but they were all different!  They're overpriced because of the convenience concept of the pods but they don't last because their poorly made.  The neatness factor of not having coffee grounds all over the counter was the one thing that led me to re-purchase (twice) but I'll never do that again.  I have since purchased a Farberware product from Wal*Mart with the refillable cups and it's been going strong since late winter/early spring and no issues.  I'd never buy another Keurig again.
