Wow! I love it. I tried one at the model I didn’t like, so I decided to buy a real Keurig coffee maker for the office, then I bought this model for the house, because I wanted the ice option and hot. It is easy to use, compatible with any K-Cup capsule and the tank is removable. A cookbook is included to help you enjoy both modes. Lightning strike guaranteed! I highly recommend this coffee maker: it turns every morning into a little moment of happiness. You will love it, that is for sure. A little tip: if your coffee maker stops working (as it happened to me), it may be that coffee beans are stuck in the peak that pierces the capsule. Simply take a needle and gently insert it into the hole to dislodge the grains. Then cycle with water only... and your coffee maker should start as new!

So far so good. Very nice machine. Only complaint is it does not come with the filter so you can use your own coffee grounds

This coffee maker is so great, it works really quickly to get the water heated up and I'm saving a lot of time making iced coffees. It also comes with a super cute cup

I LOVE

I have had many Keurig machines since they came out and I have to say, this is by far the best one. It heats up the water super fast and is very quiet especially compared to other Keurig machines. Best of all, you can make iced coffees with it. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would definitely recommend this machine to others. Also, you can't go wrong for the price of it.

Really neat coffee maker. Got it at 50% rebate. works well, quiet, the reservoir does about 3, 10oz cup or so. the included cup is neat. 
probably the best coffee maker ive owned and i do have some fancier delonghi and nespresso

Its great

Great machine for both hot coffee and iced coffee option. Wish it had a 12 oz option…but that's not a big deal. Works good and perfect for use at my parents house while visiting since they don't have a coffee machine. Has a decent sized water reservoir as well.

Great for hot or iced coffee option all in one

Looks good, performance is as expected, replacing other Keurig coffee machines that have come to the end of their life, automatic power off no power button. 4 stars only due to replacing them after 3-4 years.

Good value and great price from Walmart

Purchased for the iced coffee button, but I find the “iced coffee”  is still quite hot. It takes a lot of ice to cool down, which then waters it down. It also don't make a large amount. 

It's a nice coffee maker with a small reservoir, but if you're buying strictly for iced coffee, don't bother.

Just ok

I like this cafetiere but the only two things I regret are its reserve too small and when I a cop its very difficult to close
