I used a large Keurig for years. Just bought the mini and love it. It's sleek takes up very little counter space and still makes a great cup of coffee.

easy to use, however the flip lid to insert pod does break. it should be made strong on the hinge. suggest the hinges be made of strong metal so it wont break or snap.

IMPROVE HINGES ON K MINI

This was super easy to set up and use. I love the store away cable as I often have to move it around on my counter top. I use it just for heating water for my dogs food and bone broth, and it's a one and done kinda deal, so it's perfect for quick use! Heats and pours very quickly!

Perfect!

My old Keurig finally broke down after 15 years. It had a large water reservoir. On a whim (since I am the only coffee drinker), I purchased this one. I was a little disappointed initially as I thought it would be an inconvenience to keep filling the water reservoir which only fits one cup. I've had this for months now, and I am super happy. I fill the water reservoir with only enough water that I need to fill my cup which varies sometimes based on the size of the cup.  It's much smaller and so takes up less counter space and it's made with fresh water every single cup since there's no large tank where water just sits. Very happy with this purchase.

Single Serve means one cup only

This device has difficulty passing the coffee since the first use without leaving the beans, now it does not flow even after a cleaning

Problem with the flow

Not sure why I bought another one. First one crapped out shortly after the warranty ran out. I was offered a 35 percent discount for a new one however when I went to their site they were offering the unit at 40 percent off to everyone and my coupon was not combinable….

This was purchased to replace my previous one. This one is made of inferior plastic material. It is really “cheap“ it's spurts water at the end of the brew all over my counter. It's a piece of garbage.

Cheaping the K mini junk

Two days after purchasing it began to leak water out of the bottom. Out of a 12 ounce brew I might have gotten two ounces of coffee. The rest came out of the bottom of the machine.

Leaks water and barely brews

If there was an option for no stars i would have chosen that. Major disappointment! Absolute garbage! Product is supposed to be compatible with the Kuerig K-Cup reusable filter. Tried many times and it just kept lifting the lid off and spewing coffee grinds and hot water all over the counter. And now my reusable filter won't work in my other Kuerig machine since then. So I bought a box of Tim Horton coffee with Kuerig K-cup pods. Tried it in this machine and all I get is hot water in the cup. So now I have a $90 coffee machine that is useless and can't use my filter at all.

Garbage.

The coffee maker worked for about two weeks--and then stopped working.  Troubleshooting on the Keurig site has not solved the problem.
