We have been Keurig users for nearly 20 years.  By far, the K-Supreme Plus Smart brewer has delivered the best flavor for every k-cup that we've tried.  The BrewID and MultiStream technologies are game changers.  And while the brew customization is not entirely new, the combination of options to control brewing temp, strength and size makes for ultimate personalization.  As does the ability to save your favorite brew options and select them instantly when desired.

We haven't really used the phone app or the remote brewing option, but they are interesting features to have and may be more useful to us in the future.

We nearly did not make the purchase as the K-Supreme brewer does not feature a clock or auto on/off time settings which we've been accustomed to since the dawn of our coffee making lives.  But those features are completely unnecessary with the K-Supreme.  The machine turns on instantly once you lift the handle to insert a k-cup and is ready to brew as soon as lid is closed and the k-cup scanned.  And the brewer automatically turns off after a few minutes of inactivity.  So live and learn and be open to change was the lesson for us.  It also turns out to be one less clock to set after a power flicker or outage, so that's a bonus.

If you are a longtime Keurig user, get the K-Supreme Plus Smart and notice an immediate upgrade to your coffee drinking experience.  If you are considering joining the Keurig club, this is a great machine to start with.  We can't wait to see what developments continue with this line of brewer.

Excellent Options, Great Flavor

My previous Keurig lasted 11yrs! I am very pleased so far. The customization, being able to ask ask Alexa to make my coffee from my bed in the morning, makes every day brighter having the smell of fresh coffee ready when I enter my kitchen. I love the large reservoir and it takes up so much less space on my counter. The handle on the reservoir is perfect as the last one when full was hard to keep hold of as well. Absolutely love it so far! You did it right!

Yes!!!

I like the sleek look and the ease of use. Opened, setup and making my first cup in less than 15 minutes.Has many features that I like and more that I may not ever use.Like being able to tun it on from my bed and have my coffee ready by the time I get to the kitchen. My luck I would have forgot to  put a cup in place before going to bed. So far I like it much better than any of my previous Keurigs.

Great WiFi coffee maker.

I absolutely love this coffee maker! I like that I can choose the temperature and coffee strength, and that I can save my settings. It's so much quieter than my last Keurig, and it holds a lot of water so im not constantly refilling. The only drawback I can find is I wish the entire selection panel lit up and not just the K in the center. That would make it perfect in every way.

I'm in love

This machine is so awesome. Knows every type of pod I've used and my favorite brewing size. As long as there is a pod in it and a mug under it I can use my iPhone to start brewing. Love it!

The best purchase I've made.

This Supreme Plus Smart coffee maker is a blessing to use. The Brew ID sets the brew and has been flawless. The different brands of coffee are identified every time. I am very happy with the performance and Quality of this machine. I look forward to many years of brewing coffee.

Great Keurig Supreme Plus Smart

I don't know how I survived without this coffee brewer. I have had several other models of Keurig brewer us through the years. My last one was a single cup brewer because I did not like the water reservoir in the tank and the older model. I live alone and thought the single cup worked for me. The problem I had with that one was it never seemed hot enough. This new Brewer allows me to set the temperature, strength, size. When I wake in the morning before I get out of bed, I always look at my cell phone. Now, I am mediately go to the Keurig app and remotely brew my coffee. By the time I walk to the kitchen it is ready for me and is  piping hot! And, because I was Primarily using the espresso pod, I was sent an auto refill supply that arrived just in time as I used my last pod. Good job Keurig!

A perfect start to every morning!

Pleasantly surprised! I purchased this K-Supreme Plus SMART model to replace my K-Mini Single Serve. Mostly, I just wanted to have the largest water reservoir Keurig offered in their single-serve units because I'm lazy and got tired of adding water for every cup I brewed. I didn't even really care about the "SMART" features.

As it turns out, I am really happy with the purchase because 1) it has a large water reservoir, 2) I think their MultiStream and BrewID Technology actually makes a difference, and 3) the Smart feature was very easy to set up and I may actually start using it!

As to the MultiStream and BrewID Technology, my coffee seems to taste smoother now. Kinda hard to describe, and fyi I'm no coffee connoisseur, but to me it's a noticeable difference. I haven't tried to use my own custom settings yet because I'm pretty happy with the BrewID settings.

I've used our new Keurig now for about two weeks and so far everything is fine. My only negative is that coffee grounds collect on the four additional needles that pierce the top of your K-cup. I find I need to wipe them off after each use (after making mine and my wife's coffees). If I don't, I'll find a few grounds in my cup. It's not a big deal to us and we just consume our coffee as normal, but I never had this issue with my previous K-Mini unit, which only has the one needle.

All in all I would recommend this unit and would buy another without hesitation (provided this one proves to be reliable in the future).

Better Tasting Coffee!

I was surprised how much I like this machine!  It recognizes each cup and brews accordingly.  Makes a good cup of coffee and seems solid.  I have to push two buttons to make a cup.  I wish it would remember from the last time, even tho I can save my favorite, it's still 2 buttons!  Otherwise great!

Surprisingly good machine!

The first time I put the unit on the counter, it was not stable. It would rock I had to install five new stick on feet to get it balanced the design is not correct.
The new multiple injection system breaks the KCup aluminum seal almost every time. This causes coffee grains to end up in your coffee cup. And makes a mess of the unit for the next user.
We like to drink plain hot water after dinner but it took many days for the system to stop tasting metal like. 
We really miss the previous classic model 😔 I don't know what to think of this TopModel.
