I received the Duo as a Christmas gift, but was concerned that the thermal carafe leaked at the junction of stainless and hard plastic.  I called to report the issue and sent pictures.  Within a week a free replacement was sent to me completely without charge.  This one works without a flaw.  I appreciate friendly service and satisfaction.

This is the best Keurig machine that I have owned.  It is quieter than the others and the quality of everything is just top notch.  The coffee is great too.

truly amazing

I long my new coffee maker with the double insulated coffee pot. It is great for everyday or just family gatherings.  It keeps the coffee warm for hours. I highly recommend this.

Stays Warm Longer

I purchased this as a replacement fir the Keurig Duo set. Our glass carafe begin to crack while in use. We haven't been able to locate one locally since. We recently purchased this set and was disappointed when that carafe cracked just after a few uses. 
We decided to keep the metal one to use for warming water, etc. Was hoping it fit our machine as the coffee does not get very hot in the glass. 
We will purchase another glass carafe soon.

Not a replacement but a second!! It's used so much we needed a second pot!!! So now we can prepare 2 different pots so there is always a pot ready!!

Purchased my K- Duo but experience coffee leaking from the carafe at the handle .... Keurig was great in replacing it free of charge

Replaced stainless steel carafe

This carafe really keeps coffee hot for 2 hours, just the right amount of time. Thanks Keurig for a great coffee maker!

Really pleased

I enjoy my Keurig duo, but the thermal wall of the carafe needs to be thicker to hold the heat of brewed coffee for a longer period of time.  The replacement carafe functions the same as the original one, so there were no defects in the construction.
Thank you to the company for sending a different one to try.

I requested a new carafe because my original carafe was not keeping the coffee hot. This one is a little better but it doesn't keep the coffee hot for more than 45 minutes to an hour. It is not thermal. I love the maker and dual feature but the carafe needs to be redesigned. The carafe should be thermal like the Yeti products.

I still believe there is a flaw in the design after receiving a new/updated one.  Don't get me wrong, the coffee stays hot in the carafe.  What I don't like is the lid.  it still drips after you stop pouring so you have to flip it back quickly.  But this is still not the major issue.  The major issue is that when the lid is completely tight, it allows the coffee to be poured, and when you turn it a quarter-turn loose, then the coffee pours slowly,, but the lid is now loose allowing the heat to escape.  Ok granted, the heat is escaping from the center hole anyway but more is lost when the lid is loose.  It should be that when I loosen it quarter turn, then I am able to pour coffee at a faster rate and when I tighten it all the way, it should not allow any coffee to come out, unless i turn it upside down then the coffee comes out through the center holes.    So a clear design flaw so I wish they would update the lid so that when tightened all the way, it does not let any coffee out.  Perhaps asking it to be drip free maybe too much but it should have a rubber seal to make it air tight.  also fix it so that it does not drip after pouring.
