Works as expected. Though I think the water filter holder should come with the coffee maker. I have the brew and chill . I think the coffee maker cost too much not to include the filter holder and at least one filter m.

Coffee taste was the same using my tap water as purchased purified water. I'm sure it will depend on the quality of water you are using before the filter. My brew is still excellent.

more than one style/size.  confirm the fit for yours. as in most Keurig stuff, there's not always a generic alternative, so you pay what Keurig charges.  filters are necessary and make a big difference if you have treated water.

The plastic piece that the carbon filter exists within is supposed to snap down into place at the base center, inside the water reservoir snapped a piece off of the plastic edge off. This happened when initially setting up the water reservoir. Not only was I not expecting it to break since it was brand new, I was also pleasantly surprised that customer service made it right and shipped me a replacement. I was, am and now always will be a Keurig fan for life now!

Not a purchase but a replacement

When I bought my Keurig I did not know that filtered or bottled water was recommended. So I bought the water filter starter kit & I can really taste the difference in my coffee, this product cuts down on descaling my Keurig & keeps me from having to buy bottled water all the time.

Very Cost Efficient

Bought new Keuring and it does not state anywhere on box that a filter is not included. That should be on the box. Went to multiple stores to find filter, had idea of which filter to use but again, not on box. Finally decided to go on to your website. I was sent the wrong product. The filter finally did arrive. Not very happy with new Keuring. Its every loud and leaks but after this whole filter process I will deal with it rather than trying to get a replacement. I rated the value of the filter as poor as it should be included with the coffee maker and not sold separately.

Difficult process

Unfortunately the fitting of the filter to the reservoir is not secure. It is plugged in alright but lose to move around. I tried the new reservoir with the new filter and still the same. My guess perhaps it is made that way. My opinion it is not good because the filter can comes off easily. My older unit of Keurig did not have that problem, filter fit solid in. 
Other than that I like my Keurig K-Elite

I was replacing the Keurig Classic with a new Keurig Classic and the new one is definitely not as good as my old one.
This one is cheaply made and it didn't come with the filter like my other one.
So disappointing, I won't be purchasing a Keurig again.

Sorry I purchased this

I've had a Keurig coffee maker for some years and have loved it. Unfortunately, it stopped working and I had to get another Keurig coffee maker. This time, I had to buy the filter separately.  I wasn't crazy about this and just wish it came with the coffee maker.
