Had gotten a gift from our kids ...Keruig coffee machine  & milk frother  so we could have the ability to make our own latte's.
Called Kerurig and they sent out a replacement.  We are now back to brewing and making out latte's. Sure beats running out of the house to get it and come back home.

I bought this frother to use with my almond milk for lattes.
So far it is working great! We have only used it twice as it came while we were on vacation.
I look forward to using it because Almond milk is much lowere in calories!
Customer service was also great at Kuerig!

Love It!

I got this in the midst of the Global Pandemic while working from home and making my own coffee every morning (and mid-afternoon). I needed a little bit of extra fluffiness on top. This frother does the job and does it well. I use the warm setting most often and it is a perfect addition to my coffee. Really happy with this purchase.

Love this Frother

This milk frother has two lighted buttons…one for cold frothing and one for hot. It whips up nicely when using a variety of milk products. I mix coffeemate creamer with 2% milk or half and half. I've used chobani plant based creamer with 2% milk and all work equally well. My first frother came apart after 8 months and Keurig replaced it free of charge. They stand by their product and are very consumer oriented.

Simple and efficient

I've used my new Milk Frother a few times and so far so good.  It's easy to use and I love that I can get hot frothed milk.  I've been using a hand frother for a long time, but it doesn't froth hot milk at all.  This Keurig frother is so quiet that I didn't realize it was running.  Be aware that not all of the milk froths.  I  pour the liquid into the coffee and spoon the froth on top.  One other thing is that it's a little tricky to clean.  The top and the little frother are removable and can be washed easily.  The part that hold the milk has the power source at the bottom and can't be emerged in water.  I just put water and a little bit of soap into it and shake it around until it's clean, pour it in the sink then rinse the same way.  So far it's working fine.

Great Frother

I'm still trying this out.  I use fat free milk and it seems to froth very thick...not a bit runny.  I thought I would be able to pour it and maybe help with a spatula.  But a spatula is definitely needed.  Going to try with 2% milk and see if that makes a difference.  I love the concept and enjoy the froth when added to my coffee.

It is quiet - That's all the good I have for this item. It took nearly 3 weeks to get my order. I cannot see the fill lines inside the cup (black on black). I need to use a flashlight to see the fill line then place my finger there so I can pour the milk to the line.  The frother cup is hard to hold (I have small hands and the circumference is wide).  The cup feels heavy in my hand - I am worried I will drop it. The 'froth' is less than frothy - it warms the milk but does not produce a nice 'head'. In less than 2 sips the froth was gone and it looked like I just placed milk in my coffee (no foam was left).  I miss my old Keurig Frother that had clear markings, a secure handle and provided a large amount of froth/foam that lasted until I finished my cup.

It is quiet

Bought Keurig stand alone frother, tried it, and it didn't work. It spun and heated but the milk wasn't frothed at all. More bubbles from shaking the carton and pouring than after it was done. Tried with a few types of milk with no luck. Keurig was great about replacing it, but had the exact same issue with the replacement. Returned it to the store I where bought it. Pretty disappointed.

Either I have a defective machine or something is wrong but it's not working correctly for me. I've tried two different milks and it will not froth the milk! I used almond milk initially and it didn't froth so I thought trying whole milk with more fat would work but it still did not froth.

Doesn't work

I just bought my frother and I'm very disappointed. I use the heat and froth function and the milk is only lukewarm at best. I've run the heat and froth function twice hoping the milk would heat but it doesn't. As well there is little froth. I don't recommend this product.
