Can be straightforward, but also requires patience and skill in some cases.

This is by far the best toy I have ever purchased.  The workmanship and quality is outstanding.  My grandson spends hours playing with this all day.    My only complaint is I wish it came with more figures and that the ones that it did come with would fit in the motorcycle and helicopter.

I love it! Ha! My 4 yr old received this for christmas. It was very easy to assemble. The directions were clear and even had pictures to help guide us along. The little accessories  are even made of wood and absolutly adorable. My son also loves Rescue Bots (kiddie transformers) and uses this playset with them. It folds up nice for storage. Beautiful bold colors. Great buy. Worth every penny.

Great playset

Totally think its great quality for a boy house as my son would say. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and this is a great buy. The people are bendable and work out just fine, they are like gumby figures.

I purchased this for my 4 yr old. He enjoys playing with all the accessories especially the fire truck and firefighter. I'm so happy there is a dollhouse that doesn't look like one for boys.

Awesome toy house for a boy

my three and a half year old gradnson loves this set. i love that it is made of wood and not plastic and all the parts are large enough for him to handle easily. simply assembly and easy portability.

great price for the quality

Cool house for boys with detailed features of police and firefighters stations. I got it for my 7 year old son. It's foldable so perfectly fits anywhere in the house

I have 3 year old twin grandchildren - one boy and one girl. I bought a set for each. The girl plays with her dollhouse constantly and will also play with the furniture in the Everyday Heroes. Of course,he plays with the fire engine, motorcycle and helicopter more than the actual house but I know it has cut down on arguments since they both have their own set.

Super cute. Took about an hour to assemble. I wish the directions were a little more clear in regards to the screws. Because I got ahead of myself not thinking about the coloured screws and had to go back and swap everything around so it made sense. 

Once put together it is extremely well built, sturdy and great for my 3 year old.

Great little house

Overall a great play set. The fire truck and helicopter are a little "hoaky" but otherwise a nice set. Son loves it and will be great for his imagination.

Great play set!

I was very excited to purchase this for my 3 year old grandson for Christmas, it didn't last one month! The material it is made from is such poor quality where the nails are placed striped, and it can't be fixed. Definitely not worth the money I spent.
