Fun toy for the imagination but was sent batteries that had corroded on the rock which is part of the toy.  Kid Kraft makes it almost impossible to get a replacement for this one small item, way too many steps required of the customer and when their system doesn't accept the batch number it becomes even more cumbersome to search for necessary information the company needs.   I suspect this is an operational process that needs addressing by leadership.

The safari ride and play is not what I expected.  It is much smaller and basically "cheaply made".  Only a few animals are included.  The batteries were old and leaked out so there was no sound.  I am trying to find replacement batteries in time for Christmas.  If I had more time to replace this gift I would have definitely sent it back.
