This doll house exceeded my expectations. I bought it for my 2 1/2 yo daughter. While the instructions are easy to follow, it was still time consuming to put together. I would suggest having a color photo printed out to refer to, and also mark the underside of the screw container so you're not dumping out the screws when you're looking for the label. The finished product is adorable! It's tall and fits barbies and it came with so much furniture. This is her gift from Santa and the doll house and all of the furniture is more than enough for her to unwrap. I cannot wait to see her face when she sees it on Christmas Day!

We purchased this to give to our daughters for Christmas. I am an engineer by trade so building is always fun for me. You will definitely want to reference the online photos as sometimes it was unclear which way to install the boards. Pay attention when using the hardware based on the color of the board you're working with, otherwise it would be easy to grab the wrong color. Overall, installation was easy. It took my husband and I about 2.5 hours total. The construction seems to be sturdy once built. I love how durable all the furniture pieces are. Our 2.5 year old has destroyed my old dollhouse pieces but I believe these ones will stand up for her. We bought the Barbie convertible and the Barbie helicopter to go with this set. I cannot wait to see my girls' reaction on Christmas morning. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a Barbie house. The size of it is also very impressive. It's big!!!

I would definitely recommend this dollhouse to anyone looking for a sturdy, affordable, and fun dollhouse. Like the other reviewers stated, it does take quite a bit of time to put together, but it's not difficult at all. The instructions are clear, and all pieces are clearly marked. My daughter loves it! The furniture is great as well! Sturdy and colorful. This dollhouse is perfect.

beautiful doll house for my granddaughter.

I LOVE THIS DOLLHOUSE!!!! Ok  I know that some of the reviews say that they got a couple of the flooring and pieces that were crap! Well I got luck today looked thought it all and nothing was chipped or bowed! And it is better to build it with two people. But my twins turned 4 and they love it!!! I did also install battery powered lights because the Corner in the house that we put it in the lighting is poor but itscorner in the house that we put it in the lighting is poor but its really cool to look at! Yes it is big! They still can reach the top floor but thats ok I wanted they to still play with it for a couple of years and my older daughters play with them too and they are 12

Amazing Dollhouse!!!

Easy to put together. The only thing I'd recommend to do is, before you put the parts together, use a clear tape to cover all the edges. This will prevent the pretty glossy cover paper from peeling off.
Oh, and definitely DO NOT ignore the 2 wires that connect the dollhouse to the wall. The house seems sturdy, but it's always better to be safe rather than sorry, right?

Good quality toy!

Setup was timely so be prepared. Got this for my 3 year old. It's a bit big for her but she loves it and will get many years out of this dollhouse. It's pretty large too but for the price you can't beat it!

Daughter loves it!

It was a lot of assembly but easy to follow. Our 4-year old daughter loves it so it's all worth it. The details and furniture accessories are precious.

A treasure!

This house is ADORABLE and it was my six (seven in January) year old's favorite gift for Christmas this year! It's taller than her and she has plenty of playing room for her Barbies! ... The furniture that comes with it is so precious too. The only problem with the house is that the paper on some of the pieces is peeling off. Other than that, house is absolutely awesome and I find myself playing with it just as much as her!

Huge house, she loves it!

Everything we thought was great all the pieces we received were NOT broken so that part was good. Putting it together Christmas eve for our 4 yr old grand-daughter was VERY disappointing  getting to the part of placing the back walls in we discovered the 2nd story back wall was missing! #17. 

We put it together anyway we didn't want to disappoint her. When and if we get the part we'll have to take it apart partially and attach. It was just the frustration of the night, plus having to take it apart and put it back together later.

For as much as we paid you'd think they'd have better quality control.

P.S. of course we called CS. We decided to wait till Christmas Eve (like alot of people do) to put it together they closed early Sat. It's Mon Dec 26th we work. So hopefully my husband can call them Tuesday Dec.27th.

P.S. On a side note we have yet to talk to CS and see about a replacement part, or how long it'll take to get. I'd be more than happy to change my review after we get this resolved.
