I like that one of the insoles can be removed as my child's foot grows, but this feature also is useful if she needs to wear thicker socks. Kids boots

Very disappointed that item description states "full grain leather foot and upper", yet foot on actual product is so stiff, nonconforming and uncomfortable.  Review of boot clearly stamped states "leather upper, balance manmade".  False advertising or accidental description?  Totally not worth money spent.
