The batteries run out in a few hours and they also take about 3-4 hrs to charge. The only thing that saves this is that I leave one in the charger while I'm using the other. Overall the battery life is horrible but you still get a lot of stuff for the price. The charger is usb so I just leave it plugged in to my cable box. Headset is fine, a little bulky but it does the job and is true to the pic.
Like I mentioned before, you get a lot for your dollar but don't expect top of the line stuff.

Not all it seems to be

When I bought the product I thought that it would last longer than 10 days. I am already experiencing problems with one of the rechargable batteries (It's already burned up), and I've been having problems with the headset(Some faulty wiring or rather the wiring inside the harness is broken) It cuts out frequently when in mid conversations Leaving me wondering what my friends are asking me. I recommend getting the Turtle Beach Headset. Yea it's a little more money but in the long run it's a better buy. Turtle Beach's headset plays the ingame sounds as well as hearing your friends.

Don't need the network cable if you have good wi-fi.
Better off buying a quality headsets, hdmi cable and battery packs separately.

poor quality

A big part of the reason I bought this product was for the rechargeable batteries and charger. We used the batteries for two days when one of the battery packs basically fell apart. In the meantime they held a charge for maybe an hour or two. I will be returning this product.

Batteries are worthless

Headset worked for two days and the just quit out of. O where I can't hear people and peoe can't hear me don buy this if your looking for a good headset

This is junk

All in the title people. Got it in the mail, opened it up plugged it in my controller, only the mic works, not the ear phones...Called their customer service, and the Rep had me email him a copy of my receipt to prove that I bought it, but the email address he gave me was fake!!! I would never recommend this brand to anyone, no matter how cheap the price might stoop.

These headphones suck!!!

I keep it real. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is a serious waste of money. If you are buying this starter kit just for the Mic, DONT. You'd be better off buying a mic seperately. I thought I was etting a deal with all the accessories incuded in this kit, but you get what you pay for. The ethernet cord and the HDMI cable are okay, but everything else is cheap. The 2 batteries it came with for the xbox 360 controller are terrible. I used the battery 1 time and i didnt have a fully functional controller, I could not use the left analog stick on the controller! The mic included in the kit is cheap, the cords are very vulnerable to breaking/twisting/damage, which will mess up the sound, and they are really uncomftorable. They make your ears sweat and the cushions are terrible. This is a terrible product, pleaed dont buy it. You will be dissapointed, trust me,. The brand name is GAMEgear, i never heard of it in my life.

DO NOT BUY.

We have not been able to get the headphone to work. We have called the company 3 times and left a message. They say on their recording that they will get back to us within 48 hours and to allow them 4 to 6 weeks to repair or replace the headphones!! It's been over 2 weeks since we first called them and we have not heard back from them.

If they would take care of the problem instead of trying to ignore it, the package would be a good deal.

When you purchase something that requires headphones and they don't work, waiting 4 to 6 weeks to repair them is just unacceptable.

Very disappointed

So i had this headset for a week one day im playing with my friends and they say they hear screeching and i say its not me my Microphone is new they say its your microphone im like lemme check it out microphone never works again!
