The recipe is super simple and you can certainly have fun with add in's, fruits, sugar free syrups, Jam and King Arthur baking offers many choices with extracts!

I am type 2 diabetic. I have tried different keto pancake brands and I didn't care for them. . these are delicious. I make a whole bag every week and I use them as protein, snacks or breakfast or even sometimes dinner and a pinch. . highly recommend these not only are they fine for people on a low carb or keto diet, but they're really really good.

I am diabetic and eat pancakes and waffles made with King Arthur Keto Pancake Mix with no glucose spikes. I add an egg and use soy milk to make it higher protein.

Pancake mix

just no no no. not with those directions on the package it was so not a waffle it was a pancakes shaped as a waffle. Waffle has to be crispy I know say pancake mix but if you have sugestions on the package for other things make sure it's good for that.

I was excited to find Keto products but was disappointed in the pancake mix. It contains a sweetener (steviol) which gave the pancakes an artificial and unpleasant taste. I guess I should have read the list of ingredients before purchasing but I never add a sweetner to my pancake batter when I make it from scratch and I was surprised to see it added to this product. I won't be buying it again.
