Flavour

Texture

Product has a texture that may not appeal to some users.

Pancakes have a delicate texture when cooked.

I love this Mix! It makes good pancakes and as a type 2 diabetic it has opened up the chance to enjoy foods that had become taboo.
The recipe is super simple and you can certainly have fun with add in's, fruits, sugar free syrups, Jam and King Arthur baking offers many choices with extracts!

Keto Wheat Pancake Mix

King Arthur Baking

My partner and I are both type 2 and we've tried several other pancake mixes. None compare. Not just in flavor but in ease. This batter behaves exactly as you'd expect pancake batter to. Others just don't. I will be only be purchasing this mix from here on out!

Flavor and ease

Just like normal waffles. If strict keto, definitely measure/weigh portions. Can add up quickly.

Worth it

walmart.com

Followed the instructions for the mix. Needed to add more water as it was way too thick. Ended up making one large pancake. If I did not know it was low carb I would have never guessed. Came out perfect and delicious.

Couldn't be better

I am type 2 diabetic. I have tried different keto pancake brands and I didn't care for them. . these are delicious. I make a whole bag every week and I use them as protein, snacks or breakfast or even sometimes dinner and a pinch. . highly recommend these not only are they fine for people on a low carb or keto diet, but they're really really good.

Absolutely delicious!

King Arthur's Keto Wheat Pancake Mix is a total breakfast win. The pancakes come out surprisingly light and tender, with a comforting, classic flavor that never hints at being low‑carb. It's quick to prepare, consistently delicious, and easily one of the best keto mixes on the market. A pantry staple for anyone who wants great pancakes without the carb guilt!

⭐ Fluffy, Flavorful, and Keto-Friendly Magic!

They turn out very nice. I like knowing that these are low calorie while keeping the expected taste and texture.

Great panckes

I am diabetic and eat pancakes and waffles made with King Arthur Keto Pancake Mix with no glucose spikes. I add an egg and use soy milk to make it higher protein.

Excellent Choice For Low Carb Diets

just no no no. not with those directions on the package it was so not a waffle it was a pancakes shaped as a waffle. Waffle has to be crispy I know say pancake mix but if you have sugestions on the package for other things make sure it's good for that.

meh said be good for waffles Oh no.

I was excited to find Keto products but was disappointed in the pancake mix. It contains a sweetener (steviol) which gave the pancakes an artificial and unpleasant taste. I guess I should have read the list of ingredients before purchasing but I never add a sweetner to my pancake batter when I make it from scratch and I was surprised to see it added to this product. I won't be buying it again.

disappointed pancake mix
