We purchased this canopy for a town event. It made sense to purchase one when it was going to cost $150 a day to rent one. The canopy was easy to put up, move, and dismantle as well. I highly recommend this product! The instructions/diagrams actually made sense.

I have 2 of these canopies and have used for many different event types from Baseball tournaments, yard sales, church events, deck cover ... being able to use this canopy as a 12' or 20' makes it very nice and versatile. You can put tents together to make a larger cover and easy to erect. I am planning to purchase several more!!!! :) #don't forget to get your storage bags, side and end walls#

2 n 1 Canopy

We put this up in July and left it up until September. Everyone who visited asked where we got it. One couple did purchase it for there pool area. I'd recommend this product to anyone.

It did take us about 1 1/2 the first time. Now we have a "plan" for next spring.

I suggest ordering the storage bad, which I didn't, but will.

Great for the Price

I bought 3 of these in club last year for a charity picnic event and getting a couple more this year online. One of the units I have left up on my deck through two Seattle winters and it has held up great. The canopies set up and tear down easily and are surprisingly rugged. The Sam's Club price is the best around for this very useful canopy. I work with a charity that has used these for picnics, garage sales, a pool party, and other events. I'm sure it would be great for a wedding, but I try to avoid those. I have erected them by myself, but it is best if one has a strong helper or two.

Great Canopy

This is my second Expandable 2 in 1 canopy. The first one went through last years snow at Tahoe, which was a top 10 worst snow winter. I use rope between the supports to reenforce and support the white cover, end to end and side to side. It has had over a foot of snow on it. It lasted three years and would have lasted longer,but, a 100mph wind did it in. I bought this one as a replacement.

Tough Canopy

this is the second king canopy we have purchased we were impressed with the first one & decided to get a second we have a BBQ cook team & this canopy combined with the first will allow us to save on rental fees for our major events. with 2 canopies we can cover a 40 x 20 area that normally would require us to rent a tent after just one event we will have paid for the canopies & now we can use them when & where we want, paid for! easy to setup (does require 3 to 4 people) & very sturdy, we use water barrels to tie them down. great value for your money

great value awesome canopy

The canopy appears to be of good quality however, we ran into problems with assembly. All of the poles and connectors were "round" but one corner connector was "oval." Obviously you cannot put a round pole into an oval connector. This appeared to be a manufacturing defect (not damage from shipping) I recommend assembly PRIOR to your event to avoid the issues we ran into on the day of our event. I have contacted member services for a replacement part along with refund of our priority shipping charges. I would expect this is fair due to the defective connector rendering the tent useless. I am happy to keep the canopy for future events; however, I will need the corner connector replaced.

Great Canopy but defective part

Hubby and I put this (we expanded it to the 20x20 option) together in maybe 2 hrs. Looks good and appears sturdy. Instructions easy to read and I really like that the poles are marked with an A,B or C...however... we want to put sides and ends on it. There are none listed for the 20x20 option on the Sam's Club site or the KingCanopy web site. That defeats the reason why we got the canopy to begin with! There in lies my frustration...

Good product - but a bit frustrated

I purchased four King Canopy Expandable 2-in-1 Canopies for my church which were opened about 18 months later. To our surprise, one side of the canopy's cover (Side B) was longer than the two adjoining sides! The manufactured did not honor our request to make an adjustment because its one year warranty had expired. Hence, we will have to purchase the entire cover, which is over half the cost of the entire tent, in order to correct this defect. They do not sell the cover parts separately!

Could be a King-sized let down!

The canopy was shipped timely HOWEVER, Part A which was the canopy end peice with leg was missing! We spent 4 hours trying to make it work and returned it.
