This is wonderful. It says it is for bacon, but I use it many ways. Makes everything cook even. I got my son one for Christmas I liked it so well. Excellent product.

The bacon press was exactly what I had hoped it would be -- just heavy enough and big enough to cover several pieces of bacon from top to bottom.  The handle doesn't quite fold flat, but almost does so it takes up less room when stored.  Even though the handle can rotate, it stays firmly upright during use.  If you want to store it completely flat, the handle can be quickly removed.  Even though the handle is metal, it did not get hot when cooking on a stove.  I have used it several times and am pleased with this purchase.  It works great and cleans up easily.

Perfect bacon

This press works great, not only with bacon but with other items you are frying to add that little bit of carmelling to the item. Like spam or grilled cheese or even steak. It holds the food tight to the bottom of the pan. It is not so heavy that it squishes the food. I also use it just to squeeze the food, like some veggies to make sure they are in contact with the bottom of the pan. Great tool and very good price.

This is the perfect size for making criss cross bacon weaves! Press is easy to use, just the right weight, cleans up perfectly. A must have!

It works good and does what it's intended to do it keeps bacon flat when cooking it. Also worked good on burgers too

Not exactly what I expected but bought as gifts and they like them.
