Return Policy
At our Walmart.ca marketplace store, all products come with a 30-day return window. Customers must return the items within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

- All products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- Any product not meeting these standards will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt, items will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm their condition. If the returned product meets our standards, a refund will be issued within 10 business days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Additional Considerations:
- Electric Bicycles: Must be returned unused with the odometer reading zero. Detailed photos and videos must be provided prior to the return to verify condition.
- Treadmills and Rowing Machines: Must be returned unopened due to their direct contact with skin.
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days with a detailed description and photos. Claims for damage reported after this period will not be accepted.
- Lost or Damaged During Shipping: If a claim is necessary for items lost or damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier. The outcome of the carrier's claim will determine the eligibility for a refund.
Warranty Policy
All products are covered by a 1-year warranty. If you experience a failure due to non-user-induced damage, please contact us with a detailed description for a resolution.
Warranty Conditions:
- Products that are not eligible for return but are within the warranty period will be subject to repair, parts replacement, or total replacement. No refunds will be provided under the warranty.
- If products need to be sent back to our warehouse for repair or assessment, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs from our warehouse back to the customer after service.
- Damage resulting from user mishandling, such as impacts or falls, is not covered under warranty. Wear and tear parts on electric bicycles and certain cleaning equipment, such as brakes, tires, pedals, and robotic vacuum brushes, are also excluded from warranty coverage.
