The faucet has a rubber piece on top %26 controls the spray or water flow. 
It comes off so easy!!! 
Will end up down the drain where the garbage dispose is or on top of the counter top some where. 
Many times this has happened.

The faucet is both plastic and metal. Not good quality for the price and the dimensions are small.  It is both bronze and black due to paint in plastic parts. It has no power either. Worst faucet ever purchased
