The faucet includes a Duraseal washerless cartridge and a removable aerator for water conservation. The body of the faucet is fabricated in solid brass for durability and reliance. I needed a replacement and decided to try the brass affect.  It was easy to install and looks great.  My only concern is that it takes about 5 seconds for water to stop dripping after it;s been turned off.

Other than that, great product.
