This item is a lovely, polished, solid brass in-sink soap dispenser in a pleasing vintage design.  However, the so-called "heavy duty pump" is plastic and only lasts a few years until it no longer works!  Unfortunately, replacement pumps are not available, so we've had to buy this entire, rather expensive item again; this is our third one, despite normal, careful use!  This is not the fault of Walmart or Build.com; it is a manufacturing problem. Either Kingston Brass needs to improve the quality/durability of the pump, or they need to make available replacement pumps, as it is a terrible waste of money to have to buy the entire item again, when only the plastic pump fails!

The brass components are beautiful. The plastic pump component simply does not work. We purchased this item from another supplier and it didn't work, so we got a replacement from them. It didn't work. I bought this one from Walmart in hopes that the other supplier just had a bad batch. It's exactly the same. You pump and pump and so little liquid comes out as to  be completely useless.
