I have found the Kingston Keypads very secure when saving sensitive data.

So far so good! I ordered a week ago, the encryption and decryption works flawlessly so far. No issue has arisen, and it is compatible with all the platforms that I needed it to be compatible with MacOS, Wiindows, Linux, and IpadOS.

I like it, but can it survive years and years?

Well made. Keys depress with precision. I found a video of the setup process. The video was much simpler than the following the setup instructions. Price seemed high until I got the item. I feel much safer with my stored data as I travel.

High price but worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This encrypted USB really gives peace of mind. Works for any sensitive content you want to keep safe from prying eyes. It was easy to set up both the user PIN and the admin PIN by following the video's on the brand website.They also provide a walkthrough video that explains the functions of the USB.  Take care to remember your passcode, if the wrong admin PIN is entered wrong 10 times all of the data saved on the USB will be permanently deleted. This would be great to use for tax information, sensitive documents, or anything that could be linked to identity theft. Highly recommend!

Protects and gives peace of mind

I like using the drive. My only concern is, what happens if/when the internal battery goes bad?

Seems like a good product

The IronKey Keypad 200 is very well built and sturdy.  Not that I will do it, but my guess is I can drive a car over it and it would survive. Also seems at least splash proof with Key place in the holder as a fine silicone or rubber seal between the case and the key seems made to exclude water.  The bad part and reason to take away one star is the complexity of the instructions.  There is no way an individual with a normal memory will remember all the ways to program this, but I do feel pretty safe that with 8-15 numbers/letters as a passcode that it would very strongly deter any efforts to steal your data.

Well made, but complex

I bought this flash drive (512GB) a little over 3 months ago.
the functionality is grate, and I love how user friendly and universal it is!
especially since I work on a Chromebook and most other encrypted flash drives don't work 
but the water resistance it said it was resistant up to 4 ft but I forgot the drive in my pocket when it was raining out. And the drive was completely destroyed and it was not even submerged!

Water resistance is less than desirable

For the price an unbeatable piece of tech that everyone should really have

Did not work in all of our ultrasound machines. Just one. Disappointed. Otherwise, it's fine.
