My kids love playing this and had it beat within a week. They enjoyed changing into different shapes and the colorful backgrounds. It was simple enough for even my 5 year old, but enough of a challenge that it kept him and his 7 year old brother interested enough. They did most of the game without the help of their 10 year old brother. They were funny to watch when playing this game.

Cheap fun game

We purchased this game and it was one of the top 3 favorites of my husband and kids (5-10 yrs old). When the game disk mysteriously disappeared they were all sad. While I wouldn't pay $50 for it in store, I did find it on wal-mart.com for $7.60. I snatched it up and everyone's happy once again!

Great family game

I would not have purchased this game on my own but I'm glad that it was included in my Wii bundle.
My husband and myself love this game we play for hours until our thumbs hurt lol.
It's a great team effort game would recommend to anyone who loves to play a fun and simple but challenging game.

Great game!!!

Got this game for my grandsons 6th birthday. He loves this game. It is not too hard, but hard enough in certain areas to keep him interested. We have bought him many games to play on his wii, but this is his favorite. I highly recommend this game for children around the same age. It can be played by two people also, and I enjoy playing this game with him. Very entertaining!!

This is a great game for casual gaming or those just learning how to play video games. No one can "die" and if playing in co-op mode, it is easy to keep together. This game is wonderfully whimsical and the art design of yarn is fun and integrated into most parts of the game. I think someone who has a lot of experience in video games and wants a challenge would be disappointed with this game though.

Great game for beginning gamers

I got this bundled with my Wii, and I was thinking that all the games were probably going to be sub-par to make it in the bundling options. It's actually pretty fun! I was also really surprised that you can play the whole game 2 player which it said that you had the options of playing 2 player, but I wasn't expecting it to be as great as a 2 player game. The boss levels are the best. This shipped in 5 days which was way faster than expected.

Great 2 player game

I bought this game on walmart.com for less than $8 and saw it in my local walmart for $49! My 5 year old nephew LOVES this game, in fact he's obsessed. It has many fun levels and you can replay any level at any time. The levels get harder as you go and have different themes.

Great value online

It is a good and fun game. My only thing is that it should be for about 7-10 year olds. I am 14 and i finished it in about a week while still going to school. It was a bit challenging but it would be perfect for a younger child.

Good, but maybe for about 7-10 years of age.

I heard that Kirby was a great game. I hadn't heard anything about “Epic Yarn”. I bought it for my son and was surprised at just how “girly” this game is. It's very cutesy wootsy. Not really what I had in mind for my SON, but everyone in the family seems to enjoy it nonetheless.

I've always been a fan of Kirby. Saw this one pop up for $10 so i figured why not... the first half hour or so starts slow, and is so easy its pretty much impossible to lose a life. As the game goes on it gets a little harder but not exactly more interesting, Kirby cannot mimic other monsters, he just grabs them, unties them and turns them into a throwable ball. Each ball does something slightly different, but nothing interesting enough to make it fun, you're still throwing a ball... Again this game is just too easy, which is why i say its geared towards kids maybe around 8 years old. If you're a kirby fan, skip this. if you are looking for a fun game for you kid, pick this up.

This was a Christmas gift and I'm told that it's a great game and lots of fun! Very good value as well !
