Was exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted.  Somewhat soft and wonderful for cleaning -- doesn't bother my skin.  I like that it is made with coconut oil.

Most younger people have never heard of Kirks castile.      This soap lathers soft and silky, and LOTS of bubbles.    Originally used for camping, this bar cleans hair, pits, parts and the rest of your body!    The hardest thing to do is to get people to try it.   Once they do, they hunt this brand forever!   :)))        This is Castile soap!!   So.. when you get the four pack, immediately take all the bars out of the paper and let them continue to dry.     The drier they are before they get wet, the longer they last.    Newly out of the paper, you get about a month, a month of drying and your bar will last nearly 2 months!

The BEST Soap, EVER!!!

My kids and I deal with eczema and dry skin. We frequently have to switch brands because of ingredients or fragrances. This soap bar has been a game changer. It has no scent but like for real no scent not the type that says no scent and smells plasticy. It has a really great foamy lather (better than of the other popular brands I've tried) but the great thing about it is it leaves you feeling clean without that layer of residue that other bars leave. We have used it for 3 weeks now and one bar is still going strong for this family of 5!!! Absolute steal for the price. This will now be a staple in our household.

Absolutely great for sensitive skin!

I highly recommend Kirk's Castille Coconut soap.  I have sensitive skin and it works great.  There is almost no scent, and it suds up with a very luxurious suds! I love it!

Great Suds and good for sensitive skin too!

I use this in my homemade laundry detergent. It is soft enough that I can easily grate it with a cheese grater, its light scent makes my laundry smell clean, and it is much less expensive than other brands of castille soap. Win, win, win!

Clean scent and great value!

I don't love the scent but it's a great soap for my sensitive skin.  I use this for washing my hands as most liquid handsoap seems to cause me more harm than good.

Gentle on skin

This is great soap.I have used it for years and use to buy it at Cracker Barrel but for some reason they stopped selling it.I was disappointed and couldn't use it for a short bit until I found out that Walmart carried it so now I'm back using it.Thank you Walmart for carrying it.

Great Soap

My teen son heard about another popular brand of Castile soap on social media %26 wanted to see what the fuss was about. I was gifted that particular brand several years ago %26 loved it but definitely not the hefty price tag that came with it when it came time to buy it. Hygiene is really important to both my son %26 I, so I wanted to get something without breaking the bank. Kirk's bar soap allowed for me to do that. It significantly outperformed the other brand %26 is the far more affordable option. We both love it %26 it's now one new go-to brand. Squeaky clean feeling. 🫧 🧼

Affordable dqueaky clean feeling

I've been using Kirk's Castile Bar Soap for a while now, and I really like it! It's got that nice, light scent and it leaves my skin feeling super soft and not dried out. Plus, it's made with coconut oil, which is always a win in my book. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Great Soap, Super Gentle!

Castile soap is non toxic and made with no harsh chemicals so I highly recommend castile soap for all kinds of cleaning.  I did read the reviews at walmart and other places and bought it even though many people mentioned that it dries out your skin. 
I've been using the bar soap for 2-3 weeks and indeed, my hands have gotten so dry and rough.
I probably won't buy it again but rather, look for a castile soap that has added moisturizers

I like castile soap but this dried out my skin

I bought and tried this soap because of all the good reviews. Sadly, for me it was horrible. My face is as red as a red delicious apple and burning still after an hr and a half! My skin feels tight and burns something fierce. 
I usually use cereve bar soap. I couldn't use my night time facial routine creams/oils at all. I feel an awful  burning sensation and look like I have a red rash or pimples on my cheeks, forehead, above my mouth, my chin. Do not buy this soap especially if you have sensitive skin.
